Abstract: THE NATIONAL CHILD CARE SURVEY, 1989, WILL PROVIDE NATIONAL ESTIMATES OF THE USE OF CHILD CARE AND PRESCHOOL PROGRAMS BY HOUSEHOLDS WITH CHILDREN UNDER 13. INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM CENTER-BASED PROGRAMS AND HOME-BASED PROVIDERS WILL DESCRIBE THE SUPPLY OF CHILD CARE AND EARLY EDUCATION PROGRAMS.
