with 5 CFR 1320, Sec 21, National Park Service must disclose
estimated burden hours per response and request public comment on
the accuracy of this estimate at the beginning of the preamble of
the rule 36 CFR 72 subpart E that contains this data collection.
This data collection is cleared contingent upon inclusion of the
disclosure and request in the rule.
