Abstract: FACILITY OWNERS OR OPERATORS WHO TREAT, STORE OR DISPOSE OF HAZARDOUS WASTES, WILL SUBMIT DATA ANNUALLY OR PERIODICALLY WHEN CONTAMINATION HAS BEEN DETECTED. MONITORING OF LAND DISPOSAL FACILITIES FOR GROUND-WATER CONTAMINATION WILL IDENTIFY THE EXISTENCE AND EXTENT OF CONTAMINATION AT AN EARLY STAGE SO THAT RESTORATION OF GROUND-WATER QUALITY AT A LOWER COST IS POSSIBLE.
