THE PROPOSED DATA COLLECTIONS ARE
CRITICAL TO THE EVALUATION OF THE FO DISTRIBUTION PROGRAMS OF
INDIAN RESERVATIONS (FDPIR) TO EXAMINE THE CHARACTERISTICS AND
NUTRITIONAL NEEDS OF PARTICIPANTS, PROGRAM OPERATIONS, AND
ACCEPTABILITY OF FDPIR VERSUS FOOD STAMP PROGRAM (FSP) TO
LOW-INCOME INDIANS. FDPIR PARTICIPANTS, PROGRAM DIRECTORS, AND
INDIAN HOUSEHOLDS IN THE FS WILL BE SURVEYED.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
