Abstract: INTERVIEWS WITH ADOPTIVE PARENTS OF CHILDREN PLACED BY PUBLIC ADOPTION AGENCIES WILL ASSESS THE IMPACT OF THE FEDERAL ADOPTION SUBSIDY PROGRA ON ADOPTIONS OF SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN AND EXAMINE THE IMPACT OF ADOPTION ON CHILDREN AND FAMILY, FINDINGS WILL GENERATE RECOMMENDATION FOR FUTURE ADOPTION PROGRAM AND POLICY.
