Abstract: AGRICULTURAL EMPLOYERS ARE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY CERTAIN INFORMATION TO DOL WHEN APPLYING FOR A WAIVER OF THE FLSA CHILD LABOR PROVISIONS TO EMPLOY 10 AND 11 YEAR OLD MINORS IN HAND HARVESTING OF SHORT SEASON CROPS.
