Abstract: WHEN AN FSLIC-INSURED INSTITUTION DEFAULTS, THE FSLIC DETERMINES THE EXTENT OF INSURANCE COVERAGE APPLICABLE TO EACH INSURED MEMBER'S ACCOUNT(S). THE ACCOUNT HOLDER CAN PETITION THE FSLIC TO RECONSIDER TH INITIAL DETERMINATION REGARDING THE EXTENT OF INSURANCE COVERAGE. THE INFORMATION REQUESTED ALLOWS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER TO PRESENT FACTS WHICH SUPPORT THEIR PETITION TO THE FSLIC.
