THE ACCOUNT HOLDER CAN PETITION THE FSLIC TO RECONSIDER TH INITIAL DETERMINATION REGARDING THE EXTENT OF INSURANCE COVERAGE. THE INFORMATION REQUESTED ALLOWS THE ACCOUNT HOLDER TO PRESENT FACTS WHICH SUPPORT THEIR PETITION TO THE FSLIC.
