Abstract: THIS REPORT IS NEEDED TO OBTAIN NECESSARY PARTICIPATION AND PERFORMANCE DATA ON THE ECIA CHAPTER 1 MIGRANT EDUCATION PROGRAM THROUGHOUT THE NATION. IT IS NEEDED TO MANAGE THE PROGRAM AND TO ENABLE THE SECRETARY TO COMPLY WITH SECTIONS 417(A), AND 418(A) AND SECTION 422 OF THE GENERAL EDUCATION PROVISIONS ACT, AND SECTIONS 555(D) AND 555(E) OF CHAPTER 1, ECIA.
