Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO COLLECT, ANALYZE AND REPORT NATIONALLY-REPRESENTATIVE DATA ON PROGRAM OPERATIONS, ADMINISTRATION A STAFFING FOR THE CHAPTER 1 MIGRANT EDUCATION PROGRAM. STAFF FROM 49 SEAS AND 500 LOCAL DISTRICTS WILL BE AFFECTED BY RECEIPT OF STATE AND LOCAL QUESTIONNARIES, THE REVIEW OF AVAILABLE LOCAL RECORDS ON STUDENT AND ONSITE CASE STUDY COLLECTION.
