Abstract: STATE EMERGENCY RESPONSE COMMISSIONS WILL BE ASKED TO COMPLETE A SHORT QUESTIONNAIRE WHICH WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT SARA, TITLE III PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION STATUS ON THE STATE AND LOCAL LEVELS. THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY EPA TO IDENTIFY PROBLEM AREAS, TARGET GUIDANCE, AND MAKE PROGRAM IMPROVEMENTS.
