CFR 1320 and the PRA this collection of information is approved for
three years. However, when EPA resubmits this collection for OMB
review, the agency should describe in detail why it is necessary
for daily determinations of SOx emissions (would weekly
determinations hinder EPA's enforcement efforts) and efforts
undertaken to develop alternatives to the Method 8 tests or
otherwise reduce the burden of the testing regime.
