OWNERS/OPERATORS MUST NOTIFY EPA OF
CONSTRUCTION, MODIFICATIONS, START-UPS SHUTDOWNS, MULFUNCTIONS AND
DATES AND RESULT OF PERFORMANCE TESTS, THEY MUST RECORD THE TANK
IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OF EACH GASOLIN TRUCK LOADED, THEY MUST
NOTIFY EPA OF EACH NON-VAPOR-TIGHT GASOLINE TRUCK, AND RECORD EACH
LEAK DETECTED, THEY MUST ALSO INSPECT CONTROL EQUIPMENT DURING
LOADING OPERATIONS. EPA USES THE INFORMATION TO
