Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IMPLEMENTS SECTION 12(B) OF THE TOXIC SUBSTANCES CONTROL ACT (TSCA). EXPORTS OF CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES MUST BE REPORTED IF SUCH SUBSTANCES ARE THE SUBJECT OF REGULATORY ACTIONS UNDER CERTAIN OTHER SECTIONS OF TSCA.
