Abstract: FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES FOREIGN PURCHASERS OF AN UNREGISTERED PESTICIDE TO PROVIDE A STATEMENT ACKNOWLEDGING PURCHASER UNDERSTANDS THAT PESTICIDE IS UNREGISTERED AND CANNOT BE SOLD IN THE UNITED STATES. EPA TRANSMITS COPY OF STATEMENT TO GOVERNMENT OF IMPORTING COUNTRY SO THAT GOVERNMENT CAN TAKE ACTION ON IMPORTATION, IF DESIRED.
