Abstract: SECTION 78.33 PERMITS CABLE TELEVISION RELAY SERVICE STATIONS TO FILE INFORMAL REQUESTS FOR SPECIAL TEMPORARY AUTHORITY TO INSTALL AND OPERATE NEW EQUIPMENT OR OPERATE LICENSED EQUIPMENT IN MANNER DIFFERENT FROM THAT AUTHORIZED IN STATION LICENSE.
