Abstract: INFORMATION ON STATE FARM CREDIT PROGRAMS IS REQUIRED TO ESTIMATE THE SUBSIDY THEY PROVIDE TO FARMERS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE U.S./CANADA FREE TRADE AGREEMENT. DATA FROM PUBLIC RECORDS, SUPPLIED BY STATE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, WILL BE USED IN THE ANNUAL CALCULATIONS REQUIRED BY THE AGREEMENT AND FOR STATISTICAL REPORTS.
