Abstract: WIC STATE AGENCIES MUST GRANT ACCESS TO WIC TO OTHERWISE ELIGIBLE HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN HOMELESS FACILITIES WHICH MEET CONDITIONS STIPULATED IN THE RULEMAKING WHICH ARE ESTABLISHED TO ENSUR THAT THE INDIVIDUALS, AND NOT THE FACILITY, BENEFIT FROM THE PROGRAM. WIC BENEFITS MAY ALSO BE EXTENDED TO OTHERWISE ELIGIBLE PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH OTHER INSTITUTIONS, AS LONG AS THE SAME CONDITIONS ARE
