Abstract: THIS COLLECTION IS REQUIRED TO ALLOW U.S. EXPORTERS OF CONTROLLED GOODS TO AMEND THIS OUTSTANDING EXPORT LICENSES. THE AMENDMENT IF APPROVED BY BXA ALLOWS THE EXPORTER TO MAKE THE CHANGES IN LIEU OF APPLYING FOR A NEW LICENSE.
