This set of
surveys are approved under a new OMB number (which should replace
the old OMB number in the burden disclosure statements) for three
years on the condition that any individual survey (or set of
surveys if sent to the same respondents) with a coverage of more
than 100,000 people or samples more than 4,000 potential
respondants in a population shall be informally submitted to OMB at
least ten calender days before being used with a brief, one page
justification of its purpose. OMB retains the perogative to require
modification or disapproval of the instruments in individual cases.
In addition, the Corps shall submit annual reports of the frequency
of each questionnaire's use, number of respondents, burden, and
total annual burden.
