Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED ON THE SSA-4307 WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE THE SERVICE PROVIDED VIA A TOLL-FREE 800 TELEPHONE NUMBER THROUGH WHICH INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL EARNINGS AND BENEFIT ESTIMATE STATEMENTS (PEBES) IS AVAILABLE. THE RESPONDENTS WILL CONSIST OF SELECTED INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE RECENTLY CALLED THE PEBES TOLL-FREE 800 TELEPHONE NUMBER.
