Abstract: THIS ESTABLISHES UNIFORM PROCEDURES FOR PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS TO ACQUIRE PUBLIC LAND UNDER THE INDIAN ALLOTMENT REGULATIONS. THIS FORM AIDS IN THE DOCUMENTATION OF EVIDENC TO SUPPORT THE INDIAN ALLOTMENT APPLICATION UNDER APPLICABLE STATUTE. ONLY INDIANS ARE ENTITLED TO A PUBLIC LAND ALLOTMENT UNDER THIS TITLE.
