UNDERGROUND COAL MINES BE EXAMINED IN THEIR ENTIRETY ONCE EACH WEEK
AND THAT A RECORD BE KEPT OF THE RESULTS OF TH EXAMINATION. THE
RECORDS ARE USED TO DETERMINE THAT THE INTEGRITY OF THE ESCAPEWAYS
IS BEING MAINTAINED.
