THE LIST OF PROTECTED EMPLOYEES AND THE NOTIFICATION OF CERTAIN CARRIER PERSONNEL ACTIONS WILL PERMIT VERIFICATION THAT A STATUTORY RIGHT HAS BEEN HONORED, THE JOB VACANCY LISTING IS REQUIRED BY STATUTE.
