Approved through
March 1990. Information collections imposed by the Customs Service
on the importing community have disclosed unexpected compliance
difficulties. For this reason we are providing a short clearance of
this collection to enable us to take public comments on this rule
into account before providing a longer clearance period. We will
reenter this clearance request as a request for approval of an
existing collection without further action on the part of the
Department.
