Abstract: SURVEY COLLECTS DATA FROM CURRENT AND FORMER BORROWERS IN THE INCOME CONTINGENT LOAN (ICL) DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM. DATA WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE FEASIBILITY OF THESE LOANS AND TO RECOMMEND POSSIBLE CHANGES IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. AFFECTED DATA WILL BE COLLECTE FROM 1) ICL BORROWER COHORTS, 2) FORMER ICL BORROWERS WHO HAVE LEFT SCHOOL, AND 3) A CONTROL GROUP OF CURRENT STUDENTS OFFERED OTHER TYPES
