Abstract: CERTAIN SURVIVOR ANNUITANTS WHO WERE ENTITLED TO MINIMUM ANNUITY PRIOR TO THE REPEAL OF THE MINIMUM ANNUITY PROVISIONS ON FEBRUARY 27, 1986, CONTINUE TO BE PAID MINIMUM ANNUITY. OPM USES RI 25-2, THE APPLICATION FOR MINIMUM SURVIVOR ANNUITY, TO DETERMINE IF THE SURVIVOR ANNUITANT QUALIFIES FOR MINIMUM ANNUITY.
