Abstract: REGULATION IS BEING REVISED TO IMPLEMENT SECTION 401 OF THE DISASTER ASSISTANCE ACT OF 1989 WHEREBY FMHA WILL PROVIDE GUARANTEED LOANS TO RURAL BUSINESSES IMPACTED BY DROUGHT, FREEZE, STORM, EXCESSIVE MOISTURE, OR RELATED CONDITIONS SUFFERED IN 1988 OR 1989.
