COLLECTION ARE TO ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENES OF THE COUNCIL'S
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION PROGRAM IN TERMS OF PRODUCING BEHAVIORAL
AND ATTITUDINAL CHANGES AMONG CONSUMERS. FORTY FIVE HUNDRED (4500)
CONSUMERS WILL BE INTERVIEWED BY TELEPHONE OVER A ONE YEAR PERIOD.
