Abstract: THE DISTRIBUTION LICENSE PROCEDURE IS A "BULK TYPE" LICENSING PROCEDURE DEVELOPED IN RESPONSE TO ADVICE RECEIVED FROM THE EXPORT COMMUNITY. IT IS DESIGNED TO FACILITATE THE EXPORT OF COMMODITIES UNDER THE LARGE SCALE INTERNATIONAL MARKETING PROGRAMS.
