Abstract: THREE TYPES OF INSTRUMENTS WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OF ASVAB 14 FOR PREDICTING PERFORMANCE IN 12 CIVILIAN OCCUPATIONS. THE SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FORM WILL ASK EMPLOYEES WHO TAKE THE ASVAB CERTAIN BACKGROUND INFORMATION ABOUT THEMSELVES.
