Abstract: THE SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE SENT TO 11,000 MEMBERS OF THE VA, MEDICAL RESEARCH SERVICE, COOPERATIVE STUDIES PROGRAM, VIETNAM ERA TWI REGISTRY TO OBTAIN DATA TO TEST HYPOTHESES CONCERNING GENETICS, THE ENVIRONMENT, CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES, OTHER DISEASES AND TWINS.
