Federal government. For example, reference is made to ETA
evaluation of dislocated worker programs, but there is no
discussion o how or which data are used. To the extent that Federal
needs for these data exist, how well does this survey fill those
needs? Secondl the agency shall describe in more detail, if
possible, the uses of thi information outside the Federal
government. Third, the agency shall assess the quality of the data
and the validity of the reported statistics. Fourth, the agency
shall discuss in detail the contribution to the reported statistics
of the information collections under this OMB number. How do these
data fit with data collected from existing sources, such as the UI
program? Has the agency relied on existing data sources to the
maximum extent possible? Fifth, the agency shall discuss how these
data collections fulfill the statutory mandate.
