Abstract: THE IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT (INA) AS AMENDED BY IMMIGRATION REFORM AND CONTROL ACT OF 1986 (IRCA) REQUIRES THE DOL TO ADJUST ITS ESTIMATES OF AVAILABLE, ABLE, WILLING, AND QUALIFIED AGRICULTURAL WORKERS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE EFFECT OF ENHANCED RECRUITMENT IN TRADITIONAL AND EXPECTED AREAS OF LABOR SUPPLY. THIS SURVEY IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ADJUSTMENT.
