886.311a are approved. Despite several requests from OMB, HUD has
failed to submit copies of the contract and certification form.
Consequently, OMB is unable to approve the requirements contained
in those documents. Upon resubmission of this information
collection to OMB, HUD must provide OMB with copies of those
documents. In addition, HUD shall explain to OMB why it apparently
has been imposing these information collection requirements on the
public since 1984 without a valid OMB approval to collect this
information.

SEC 886.311A THE HAP CONTRACT
STIPULATES THAT THE OWNER NOTIFY EACH ASSISTED FAMILY, 90 DAYS
BEFORE THE EXPIRATION OF THE CONTRACT TERM THAT THEY WILL NO LONGER
BE ASSISTED AND OF ANY INCREASED RENTS THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO
PAY.
