In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) and 5 CFR 1320, this
information collection is approved through August 31, 1990, with
the following conditions. With the next submission, FAS should
submit additional information that will provide a more complete
reporting of the burden hours for respondents' PARTICIPATION AND
RECORDKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES. For example, no accounting is
specified for respondents' time to review instructions, search
their existing data sources, gather and maintain the data needed,
and review the completed collection of information in their
compliance with 7 CFR 1493.3(a) and 1493.7(a). Further, there is no
reference by FAS for respondents' burden hours when there is a need
to comply with 7 CFR 1493.1, 1493.8, 1493.10, and 1493.11. This
clearance pertains only to the current 7 CFR 1493. Any new
rulemaking to modify this will have to be submitted separately in
accordance with the PRA and 5 CFR 1320.
