A one year
clearance is granted because of the agency's own recognitio that it
has been unable within a reasonable amount of time to make changes
in its guidelines to reflect the most recent regulatory changes
made in 1985. At a minimum, HRSA must examine the need for such
guidelines and their compatibility with existing BLCP regulations
Failure to make these necessary changes in the collection will
result in future disapprovals of clearance pursuant to 5 CFR
1320.
