Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved as modified for two years as requested. The burden hour estimate comes from Table 1 of EPA's response to comments and reflects several comments concerning EPA's original underestimate burden. EPA has done a good job pretesting the questionnaire and responding to public comment throughout the development process. EPA shall provide OMB a final, clean version of the questionnaire that incorporates the changes discussed with OMB prior to distribution.

Abstract: EPA IS COLLECTING DATA FROM PESTICIDE FORMULATOR/PACKAGERS ON WASTEWATER GENERATION, CHARACTERISTICS AND TREATMENT. EPA WILL ALSO COLLECT FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC DATA. DATA WILL BE USED TO DEVELOP AN EFFLUENT GUIDELINES REGULATION.
