Abstract: 3007 INFORMATION REQUEST LETTERS TO BE SENT TO FOUNDRIES IN NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, AND THE CARIBBEAN AS PART OF EPA'S INITIATIVE TO IDENTIFY AND TAKE ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS AGAINST NON-NOTIFIERS IN THIS COUNTRY. FOUNDRIES CONTACTED BY EPA WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESPOND BY LETTER TO QUESTIONS CONCERNING THEIR GENERATION, TRANSPORT, TREATMENT, STORAGE, AND DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS WASTES AND THE MANNER IN WHICH THESE ACTIVITIES WERE CARRIED OUT.
