Abstract: THE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (TA) REGULATIONS ARE DESIGNED TO INFORM POTENTIAL APPLICANTS FOR TA FUNDS OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TA PROGRAM. IT PROVIDES SUCH INFORMATION AS WHO MAY APPLY FOR AN AWARD, TYPES OF PROPOSAL AND APPLICATIONS, SELECTION CRITERIA, SUBMISSION TIMES AND PLACES, AND PROPOSAL CONTENT.
