Abstract: THE QUESTIONNAIRE BEING USED TO SOLICIT INFORMATION FROM APPROXIMATELY 325 REGISTERED BROKER-DEALERS REGARDING THEIR IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPERVISORY AND OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES TO ENSURE THEIR COMPLIANCE WITH RULE 15C2-6, THE "COLD-CALLING" SALES PRACTICES RULE.
