Abstract: POTENTIAL IMPACT OF EXTRAORDINARY CHANGES TO ARMY PERSONNEL POLICY AND RECRUITING WILL BE DETERMINED THROUGH ANALYSIS OF SURVEY ADMINISTERED TO HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS, SENIORS AND PARENTS. RESPONDENT ATTITUDES TOWARDS ENACTMENT OF A NATIONAL SERVICE ACT COMPARED TO THE PRESENT AND PROPOSED ARMY INCENTIVES WILL BE EXAMINED.
