Abstract: THE INTEGRATED WORKSHEET SERVES TO DOCUMENT THE FINDINGS OF STATE QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWERS WHO REVIEW THE CORRECTNESS OF A SAMPLE OF ELIGIBILITY DECISIONS MADE BY THE STATES FOR THE AFDC, FOOD STAMP AND MEDICAID PROGRAMS.
