Abstract: SECTION 567.4 ALLOWS THE OFFICE OF THRIFT SUPERVISION TO INITIATE THE PROCESS OF ISSUING A CAPITAL DIRECTIVE. THE SAVINGS ASSOCIATION MAY RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE BY SUBMITTING ITS OWN COMPLIANCE PLAN. THE RESPONSE WOULD INCLUDE ANY INFORMATION THAT THEY WOULD WISH THE SUPERVISION OPERATIONS OR ENFORCEMENT TO CONSIDER AND REVIEW IN DECIDING UPON THE CAPITAL DIRECTIVE.
