Abstract: THE APPLICATION IS USED BY NON-PROFIT INSTITUTIONS TO APPLY FOR DESEGREGATION ASSISTANCE CENTER AWARDS UNDER TITLE IV OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964. THE DEPARTMENT NEEDS THIS INFORMATION TO EVALUATE THESE PROPOSED PROJECTS AND SET THE AMOUNT OF EACH AWARD IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROGRAM REGULATIONS.
