This ICR for the
final Drinking Water Primacy Amendments rule is approved until the
base ICR for the Public Water System Program Information expires
(9/90). The renewal package should disaggregate t burden for PWS
into easily identifiable units or collections, such as, separate
estimates for States burden and for the major contaminant
reporting/monitoring requirements. EPA has adequately responded to
OMB comments filed on the proposed rul ICR. NOTE: Earlier remarks
for other ICRs submitted under this general OMB number still
apply.
