Abstract: THIS MORTGAGEE LETTER ESTABLISHES MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ACCEPTABLE QUALITY CONTROL PLAN FOR HUD-FHA APPROVED MORTGAGEES WITH RESPECT TO LOAN ORIGINATION AND SERVICING. THE REQUIREMENTS ARE INTENDED TO REDUCE LOSSES TO HUD'S INSURANCE FUNDS.
