Abstract: THE NATIONAL FIRE ACADEMY COURSE EVALUATION FORM WILL BE USED IN ALL ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE DELIVERIES OF ACADEMY COURSES. THE FORM WILL BE USED PRIMARILY TO ASSESS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE COURSE MATERIALS AND INSTRUCTOR DELIVERY. THE INTRODUCTION/DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION INFORMATION WILL BE USEFUL IN DEVELOPING A NEEDS ASSESSMENT.
