Abstract: THE COLLECTION WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT AGED BENEFICIARIES OVER AGE NINETY WHO MAY NO LONGER BE COMPETENT OR WHO ARE DECEASED BUT WHOS DEATH HAS NOT BEEN REPORTED. UNDER THE RRA, THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT BOARD MAY PAY BENEFITS TO SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE BENEFICIARY IF IT IS IN THE BENEFICIARY'S INTEREST AND TERMINATE PAYMENTS TO A DECEASED BENEFICIARY WHOSE DEATH IS UNREPORTED.
