collection of information is approved through August 31, 1990. AID
has not met the existing terms of clearance. AID's next request for
OMB review should include an explanation of not meeting these term
as well as a justification if these terms are not to be met in the
future. The existing terms of clearance are: This survey is
approved subject to the following conditions: in block 11.C and
11.D. Change the words "Economically and Socially Disadvan taged
Enterprises" to "Small Disadvantaged Business Concern." On the
continuation of instructions for completing form AID 1450-4 in the
definition contained in block 11, delete the words "Making a
significant contribution to the U.S. Economy." On the last page,
rather than completely repeating or rephrasing the Far 19.001
language reference Far 19.001.
