Abstract: CURRENTLY, A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE OUTSTANDING REA GUARANTEED LOA PORTFOLIO IS NOT BEING REPAID IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ORIGINAL TERM. 7 CFR 1714, SUBPART F - WHOLESALE CONTRACTS FOR THE PURCHASE AND SALE ELECTRIC POWER AND ENERGY WILL MODIFY REA'S STANDARD FORM WHOLESALE POWER CONTRACT TO MAKE EXPLICIT THE PRACTICE OF USING LIFE OF THE LOAN ALL REQUIREMENTS CONTRACTS.
